Depending on the size of your order your delivery method will vary. If you order multiple items, depending on size we may split your order and items may be delivered by different couriers at separate day and time.
We aim to deliver your orders within 3-5 working days.
We understand that sometimes things aren't right and you may need to return something. If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund. Before you return the item you must notify us of the reason for your return so that we can raise a Returns Authorization Form on your behalf.
