Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if your order is damaged/defects and please provide us full details.
Item different/ damage/short
If you receive an item that is different than what was described, damage or short, please contact us directly by email. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt. You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and ensure that they are returned to us in pristine condition - under the DSR (Distance sales regulation), you are required to take reasonable care and ensure we receive the goods and they are not damaged in transit.
Return Unwanted goods:
You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost(Admin charge apply, contact customer service for more...) of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items However we are not responsible for any return shipping charge.
We regret that postage charge are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
Please note we do not accept return goods - foods, chocolates, medicine and the item is not in its original condition when return.
